Tenant Rescue is a trading style of Total Claims Solutions (UK) Ltd, an FCA Regulated Claims Management Company, with over 30 years claims experience. We refer claims to a panel of specialist Housing Disrepair Solicitors. We do not charge you a fee for referring you to our panel of specialist lawyers.
Our panel of specialist Solicitors work on a “no win, no fee” basis, This means that if they do not win your claim, you will not pay any fees to your specialist lawyers. When your claim is taken on under a No Win No Fee basis, they accept that they run the risk that if the case is lost, they will not receive payment for any of the work they have done. However, they may charge a success fee,this is usually a small percentage of the eventual damages that may be awarded.
Any fees will be agreed with you at the start of any claim by your specialist solicitors.
